The Red Room

Bright & airy

This was the main bedroom of the farmhouse. It has a bay window seat with comfy cushions overlooking the front garden. It is bright and airy, with a side window view of Mt Roland. This room has a beautiful antique wardrobe.

The Blue Room

This room also has a view of Mt Roland and also overlooks the pond and rose garden. A large room in which we can arrange a pull-out single bed for an extra adult or child. This room also has a beautiful antique wardrobe.

The Green Room

Cosy & comfy

This is our smallest room. Very comfortable with room for a chair, a built-in wardrobe and luggage rack. It has a view of Mt Roland and overlooks the pond and rose garden. A very cosy room in winter.

The Brown Room

Large & original

The other original large bedroom, it has a view over the front garden and the 100-year old pepper tree through the side window. This room is large enough to accommodate a single pull-out bed for an extra adult/child or a cot.

Note: Our property is NOT suited to children under the age of 12.

Please drive carefully when you are on the property, as there are numerous free roaming animals on the grounds, e.g. cat, dogs, ducks, chickens… thanks!

  • A minimum of 5 days notice, prior to your arrival date, is required for cancellation or changes to your booking and in the case of cancellation your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • If less than 5 days notice is given then deposit may not be refundable. If less than than 48 hrs notice is given then deposit will not refunded and full price will be charged.
  • Last minute bookings made within 48 hrs of arrival are not refundable.
